How to Help

  1. searcy guyPray - please pray for our students and former graduates, that they continue to grow in their faith and will utilize the skills they learn in class to grow in the Lord and be productive workers in His kingdom.  Pray for wisdom and strength for our staff and volunteers.  Pray for our continued fundraising efforts.  Pray that God will be glorified through our efforts.  Please pray about any of the following ways that God might also be calling you to join us in our mission.

  2. Become a Mentor - At HopeWorks we continue to develop a mentoring program where Christian servants will enter into a relationship with our students to assist them in applying the principles they learn in our program, offering encouragement, and helping them to navigate the changes that they have mapped out for their lives.  No previous mentoring experience required, just a desire to walk with another Christian on their faith journey and share your life in Christ with them.

  3. Provide a Business Apprenticeship - we are seeking to establish business relationships with local businesses where our students can gain practical experience in an environment where they can learn and grow as they seek to apply the skills they have learned.

  4. Bring Meals - we provide daily meals for our students and volunteers and are looking for small groups or individuals who would be willing to serve a meal one or more days of our program.  The number to be served varies by class but is typically less than 15.  If you are interested in serving a meal to one of our locations, please contact us.

  5. Donate- HopeWorks is a 501(c)3 non-profit that accepts tax-deductible charitable contributions.  We have been funded in the past through benevolent grants as well as local churches but our primary means of support are individuals.  If you are able and called by God to donate, you can do so on the right of this website with a credit card or Paypal, or by sending a check to HopeWorks at P.O. Box 5029, North Little Rock, AR 72119.

  6. Tutor - many of our students are working on completing their GED and we would like to find individuals who would be willing to serve as Reading and/or Math tutors to assist them in their course work.

If you have any questions or are interested in pursuing other ways of joining us at HopeWorks, please feel free to contact us.
